Refund policy
1. Returns Eligibility
Customers may return unused, undamaged products within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must:
• Be in its original packaging
• Include all components, manuals, and accessories
• Show no signs of installation, wear, or use
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following products cannot be returned unless defective:
• Custom-made or specially ordered parts
• Electrical components that have been installed
• Items marked “Final Sale” at the time of purchase
3. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will:
• Replace the item at no cost
• Arrange a return or pickup
• Issue a refund if a replacement is unavailable
To process defects, you may be asked to provide:
• Photos of the item and packaging
• Order number and delivery details
4. Return Authorization
All returns must be authorized. To obtain a Return Authorization (RA), contact our support team with:
• Order number
• Reason for return
• Photos (if applicable)
Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to sender.
5. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are:
• Customer’s responsibility for standard returns
• Company’s responsibility for defective or incorrect shipments
For approved returns, shipping instructions will be provided with the RA.
6. Refund Process
Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds will be issued:
• To the original payment method
• Within 10–14 business days after receipt
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
7. Exchange Option
Exchanges for the same item (different size/model) may be offered if stock is available. Contact customer service to request an exchange.
